Smitty Bradstock, P.E., serves as the President of Veteran Design & Construction, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company based in Baltimore, Maryland. With over 37 years of experience in design, construction, and value engineering, Alden brings extensive expertise and leadership to every project. He holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.E. from the University of South Carolina.
Smitty is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) across multiple states and has been a sought-after expert witness in design and construction litigation since 1990. His proficiency spans facilities and construction contract management, value engineering, sustainable design (LEED), project management, and commissioning.
